It is produced with a vinification exclusively in steel, which allows the varietal aromas of the grapes to be preserved intact and to enhance their young and lively profile.
Ruby red in color with garnet hues, in the mouth it is enveloping and fresh with a pleasant tannin.
The nose reveals notes of small berries, strawberry jam, spices, floral hints of violet and undergrowth nuances.
It can also rest in the cellar for 2-3 years.
Ideal paired with any meat dish, including cold cuts and salami.
