Grapes: corvina and corvinone 80%, rondinella 10%, barbera 10%
Ruby red in color, on the nose there are notes of cherry, red fruits, tar and balsamic herbs. In the mouth it has a good body, with excellent tannins and an olfactory aftertaste characterized by balsamic notes of menthol.
Ideal paired with meat and aged cheeses and perfect with polenta.
