Grapes: tai rosso
The grapes in purity, of tai rosso (grenache), are harvested manually on the calcareous and clayey soils of the Berici Hills and ferment with indigenous skins and yeasts for about 15 days. Unfiltered and without added sulphites.
Intense ruby red color, strawberry and small red fruits emerge on the nose against a background of undergrowth.
In the mouth it is fruity, with clear but balanced tannins.
Ideal as an accompaniment to red meat and roasted and stewed game.
