Thanks to vinification and fermentation exclusively in steel, in this wine the fresh aromas of citrus fruits and white fruit are enhanced.
In the glass it is bright straw yellow in color, fresh in the mouth with mineral hints.
Ideal paired with hot fish appetizers, raw fish and shellfish main courses, fresh cheeses.
