At sight it presents itself with a classic, golden yellow robe with fine and resistant perlage.

The nose initially hints of flowers such as mimosa and wisteria, and then gradually towards a crust of bread and grapefruit.

In the mouth it arrives fresh and decisive, very long.

It goes perfectly with first courses and risottos but also with delicate fish courses.
