CHAMPAGNE CHARLES HEIDSIECK ROSE’ RESERVE

The champagne rosè reserve by Charles Heidsieck is composed of chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier grapes to which is added a share of red wine from a selection of pinot noir.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal as an accompaniment to raw ham dishes.
At sight it is cherry pink, with a fine and resistant perlage.
On the nose, red fruits and peach stand out.
In the mouth it is very balanced, creamy, enveloping and dry.
