CHAMPAGNE BOIZEL BLANC DE NOIRS

Exclusively assembled from bunches of pinot noir, Boizel’s champagne blanc de noirs is rich and characterful, sensual and seductive.
Perfect as an accompaniment to a plate of tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and to all particularly aromatic preparations.
At sight it is golden yellow with an intense and refined perlage.
On the nose, the olfactory bouquet is particularly sensual, with hints of ripe fruit and a following of brioches and yeasts.
On the palate it is structured, broad and fresh.
