CA’ DEL BOSCO FRANCIACORTA CUVEE PRESTIGE

The Cuvée Prestige of Ca ‘del Bosco derives from an assembly of red and berry grapes: it comes from 96 chardonnay vineyards, 3 parcels of pinot blanc and 17 vineyards of pinot noir.
At sight it is very bright straw yellow in color, fine and resistant perlage.
The nose perceives delicate hints of white flowers and pulp fruit with a slight herbaceous reference.
In the mouth it is clean and lively, with a marked note of exotic fruit.
The Cuvée Prestige of Ca ‘del Bosco goes well with light appetizers based on fish or vegetables, simple second courses with seafood and small crustaceans. Excellent with fish and sushi carpaccio or even as an aperitif.
