Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with 10% icing, decorated with 2% granulated sugar and 2% almonds.

Ingredients: wheat flour, chocolate 18% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, glucose, soy lecithin emulsifier), egg yolk, butter, natural mother yeast (wheat flour, water), cane sugar, emulsifiers, invert glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings.

Ingredients for the glaze and decoration: sugar, almonds, egg whites, IGP Piedmont hazelnuts 1%, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
