Nougat Barbero “Tripolino”

The recipe is the same as the crumbly white nougat, which once cooled is covered in extra dark chocolate.

The Tripolini have an historical name, connected to the colonial era in which Tripoli, the current capital of Libya, was under the Italian empire.
