Grapes: 100% pecorino
Terraviva’s Ekwo pecorino is made starting from organic viticulture, using only indigenous yeasts, matured in steel only, it is not filtered and contains a very low amount of sulphites.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color, the nose explodes with floral notes of chamomile and subsequently notes of yellow pulp fruit and citrus.
In the mouth it is slender and of good length.
Ideal paired with matre cuisine, perfect especially to accompany swordfish.
