The Animante is the Franciacorta Extra Brut which represents the soul of the Barone Pizzini winery.
It has a light straw color with a fine and resistant perlage. On the nose aromatic herbs emerge that leave a mineral trail, in the mouth it is fresh, creamy and savory.
