Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with 10% icing, decorated with 2% granulated sugar and 2% almonds.

Ingredients: wheat flour, candied orange peel 22% (orange cubes, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), egg yolk, butter, cane sugar, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers, invert glucose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, barley malt, salt, flavourings.

Ingredients for the glaze and decoration: sugar, almonds, egg whites, IGP Piedmont hazelnuts 1%, apricot kernels, rice flour. May contain other nuts, soy and mustard.
