Deep red in color, the hints of cherry flowers and undergrowth create an intense bouquet on the nose.
In the mouth it is rich and concentrated, slender with a nice acidity and rightly tannic. Closes on light but persistent spicy sensations.
Excellent as an accompaniment to a meat menu, especially ideal with pappardelle with wild boar sauce and stewed stew.
